Launch overview
VoiceFox launch paths are mainly inbound reception and outbound tasks. Inbound focuses on number access, business hours, and human handoff. Outbound focuses on number lists, call windows, connection rate, and data recovery.
Before launch
- Assistant configuration has passed testing.
- Knowledge base has been imported and verified.
- Lines, plan, balance, and permissions have been confirmed.
Rollout and monitoring
Start with a small trial before scaling. After launch, monitor connection rate, handoff rate, knowledge hit rate, response latency, and knowledge gaps.
Post-launch check
Real calls should connect or dial out normally, and call records, recordings, ASR, and data analysis should be available.
