Call logs are used to review each call, including caller/callee, type, status, waveform, recording, ASR transcript, audio download, and generated analysis.

Path: Left sidebar → Call logs. Filter by time, assistant, type, or status.
View details
Click a call to open the detail page.

- Play recording: listen to audio and view the waveform.
- View ASR transcript: check user and assistant turns.
- View analysis: check collected fields and evaluation results.
Improve from records
Failed calls can become test cases. Frequent issues should be used to improve the knowledge base, prompt, workflow, or voice settings.
Debug calls and Webhook
Debug calls are visible only in the workspace and do not trigger Webhook delivery.
