Run internal tests
Use internal numbers to test connection, answers, handoff, recording, ASR, and data collection.
Run a small trial
Start with a small set of real numbers or a low-risk time window.
Launch and monitor
Monitor connection rate, handoff rate, knowledge hit rate, average response latency, and knowledge gaps.
