Document shortcuts

On the knowledge base detail page, use the file action menu to add chunks, download content, or delete a document.

Chunk list

Path: Knowledge base → Select knowledge base → Select file → Chunk management.

Use Add knowledge to add a new chunk.

Improve retrieval quality

• Keep one chunk focused on one question.
• Avoid context-dependent wording such as “as above” or “as shown below”.
• Prioritize adding chunks for high-frequency missed questions.
